Great! We'd like to take you through a day in the life of our Duty Intern.

You start your shift with a briefing with your colleagues. You discuss what's happening that day how many check-ins are on the agenda, and which guests have special requests? You also brainstorm creative ideas to pleasantly surprise the guests this week. After the morning meeting, you take a tour of the hotel. You inspect the entire building for any issues and report them to the Technical Department if necessary. You also grab a coffee at the housekeeping office while going over which apartments need cleaning. Once back downstairs, you notice that the F&B department could use some assistance, and fortunately, you're versatile! Just when you think you can take a break, you see that there are a lot of new reviews that need to be read and addressed attentively.
