Resource Coordinator

This candidate will support coordination of a unified demand signal for Operations to meet the Groton Operations Hiring and Resource Plan.  The demand signal prompts Operations to achieve the Manning Plan with collaboration between Talent Acquisition, Training, and other applicable departments.  This candidate will be responsible for forecasting and deployment of resources in an analytical and efficient manner across the shipyard, to support all production programs.  This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, ability to adapt processes, first time data quality and tracking, ready to work in a fast-paced production environment to support Operations.  This...
