Job Description
The Director of Patient Access Contact Center will lead and transform BHG's patient access operations during a critical phase of growth. This highly visible leader will develop strategy, drive operational excellence, optimize technology and processes, and build a high-performing team dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered service. The role is responsible for contact center performance, admissions conversion, patient experience, workforce leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings healthcare or behavioral health contact center leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
