Machine Operator – Now Hiring! 2nd & 3rd Shift
📍 Location: kdc/one Columbus | 🕒 Full-Time

At kdc/one, you’ll help produce some of the world’s most recognized beauty and personal care products—right from the production line.
We’re looking for reliable, mechanically inclined team players who take pride in keeping things running smoothly and safely.
Pay & Growth:
$18.75 – $19.50/hour
Monday–Friday schedule
This role is a strong steppingstone to Line Lead positions and long-term growth within our team
What You’ll Do:
Keep equipment running smoothly with basic adjustments and troubleshooting
Perform clean-outs, changeovers, and rinses between production runs
Enter product details and complete basic records in our system (simple computer use)
Work with maintenance on preventative tasks and equipment care
Monitor batches for quality, correct labeling, and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support and train teammates; step in for the Line Lead when needed
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
2+ years of manufacturing, production, or hands-on experience is a plus
Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and tracking
Mechanically inclined—enjoy fixing, adjusting, or troubleshooting equipment
Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
Ability to follow work instructions and GMP standards
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable working around active machinery and wearing PPE
