As a Workforce Management Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our park running smoothly by overseeing all aspects of scheduling and Workforce Management. You’ll be the go-to expert on our workforce management systems, ensuring our scheduling process is efficient; staffing levels align with operational needs, and labor reporting is on point—all while balancing guest service and profitability. Beyond the numbers, you’ll provide leadership, training, and guidance to the workforce management team, driving an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. Assisting the Management Team with strategic planning, fiscal and labor management, and other key aspects, your impact will help keep the fun rolling all season long!
