European Collection and Recovery Strategy Manager
Job Description
What You’ll Do
Develop and optimize collection and recovery strategies across European markets
Monitor performance, budgets, and strategy effectiveness
Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with policies and best practices
Support NPL sales and post-sale processes
Coordinate implementation in decision engines
Lead and develop a team of Collection Strategy Analysts
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or similar
2+ years’ experience in financial services and strategy/team coordination
Experience in debt collection and credit risk management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with MS Office and databases (MS SQL is a plus)
Advanced English and willingness to travel
