Overview

As a Revit Structure Modeller, you will be working on Water and wastewater treatment projects that meet high-quality BIM standards for clients across the US & Middle East regions.

Your role

Responsibilities 

• To promote safe behavior at all times. 
• To work as part of AtkinsRealis’ BIM/CAD team under US/ME 
• Preparation of all types of Structure, Piping or Layout design deliverables such as General Arrangement Drawings, Structural & Mechanical Package Drawings, 3D Models in Revit, 2D sheets and Material Take-Offs, etc 
• Interdisciplinary check of all Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation drawings 
• Coordination of all BIM-related activities to the discipline 
• Take new challenges and initiatives 
• Able to handle a small team 

About you

Skills / Qualifications  

• BE / Diploma in Structure/Civil/Mechanical engineering discipline (or relevant subject) 
• Familiar with Common Data Environment, like ACC & ProjectWise 
• Experience in preparing 3D modelling and 2d sheets from REVIT (Min. 5 yrs. to 10 yrs.) 
• Experience in preparing 3D modelling and 2d GAs from AutoCAD (Min. 5 yrs. to 10 yrs.) 
• Proficient in the use of Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, Excel, and Word 
• Maintain suitable records of correspondence and work completed for reference and auditing purposes 
• Water, Wastewater, and Pump Stations retaining Structure experience 
• Thorough awareness of international codes and standards used in the industry for Structural, Mechanical and/or Piping design. 
• Basic Knowledge of Digital / Revit Family creation. 
• Fluent in both spoken and written English language 
• Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred 
• Knowledge of Civil 3D (dry & wet utilities) will be an added advantage
