Security Officer, Lieutenant

We’re looking for a full time, night shift Lieutenant Security Officer, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will lead, motivate, train, and supervise security teams in protecting the staff, patients, visitors and assets of hospital. Support hospital by providing a visible supervisory responsibility in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the work performed by subordinate personnel. Provides day-to-day supervision of department operations at assigned locations and conducts routine inspections of personnel protection equipment and department authorized firearms and document as needed. To efficiently handle customer inquiries, requests for assistance and ensure smooth traffic flow.
