
Associate Clinical Director
Job Description
The Associate Clinical Director (ACD) is a senior clinical leadership position responsible for clinical supervision, program quality, and the implementation of evidence-based clinical practices across the agency.
This role provides clinical supervision to program leaders and clinical supervisors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to trauma-informed care principles. The ACD helps guide the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and contract requirements.
