Bookkeeper - PT 4 hours a week during a workday - Leiper's Fork TN

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Track and record all expenses and transactions. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements. 

• Monitor account balances and flag any discrepancies. 

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred. 

• 1-2 years of bookkeeping/personal finance management experience or related education required. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required. 

• High level of integrity and discretion required. 

• Comfortable working independently in a private setting is required. 

• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) or bookkeeping tools required. 

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle. 

• Experience working with seniors or in a personal/household setting preferred.
