🚛 Dispatcher / Logistics Lead Location: Baton Rouge, LACompany: Double F LogisticsSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday (On-site) 🏁 About the Role Double F Logistics is seeking a Dispatcher/Logistics Lead to join our team in Baton Rouge! This position plays a key role as the connection between our customers and CDL drivers — ensuring loads are dispatched efficiently, problems are solved quickly, and service stays exceptional. If you’re highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. 💼 What You’ll Do Dispatch daily loads and coordinate with drivers Serve as the primary liaison between customers and drivers Organize and problem-solve to ensure safe, cost-effective, on-time performance Support company and customer procedures Communicate effectively to maintain strong customer relationships Inspect trucks and trailers as needed Assist the Logistics Manager and act as backup when required ✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics Knowledge of DOT regulations High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Strong computer skills (Google Suite or MS Office) Experience with dispatch software a plus Availability to be on-call every other week (24/7) 💪 Key Attributes Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail and decision-making ability Flexibility and responsiveness Strong customer service mindset and empathy 🌟 Why Join Double F Logistics?
