Job Overview
The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the effective planning, managing, and implementation of highly visible projects to improve enterprise infrastructure and promote service integration of AltaMed’s clinic services. The Project Manager is assigned projects that are broad in scope and involve multiple departments across regions. The Project Manager supports the department’s effort to institutionalize project management skills and lean processes throughout AltaMed, including the clinical sites, to improve patient health outcomes and business results.
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or a related field is required.
Master’s degree or clinical license (RN, PA, MD) strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience required in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.
Experience in health care process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.
Compensation
$85,091.83 - $106,364.79 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
