Job Description

The Operations Trainer is responsible for ensuring all production personnel are qualified, safe, and fully compliant with strict regulatory standards. The position involves working closely with Operations Training Manager and Production Management to identify training needs. Developing and facilitating hands-on training delivery, conducting formal assessments to verify trainee competency. The Operations Trainer bridges the gap between technical processes and frontline execution to maintain quality and inspection readiness. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure health, safety, and performance standards are met.

Work schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4:00pm
