Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide analytical support to sales teams through reporting, KPI tracking and performance insights
- Prepare sales presentations and dashboards to support business reviews and decision-making
- Monitor pipeline performance, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities
- Manage customer requests including documentation, certifications and compliance materials
- Coordinate product sample requests and follow up on timely delivery
- Maintain and update customer platforms and required commercial information
- Support vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions and follow-ups
- Assist in travel, expense processes and internal administrative coordination
- Act as a key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support or commercial operations (early graduates with relevant internship or practicum experience will also be considered)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
