This role sits at the center of a mission-driven healthcare modernization program supporting large-scale federal initiatives. You will guide Agile delivery teams building and improving systems that directly impact Veteran healthcare services nationwide. Operating in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, you will help teams deliver high-quality software across legacy and next-generation platforms. The work involves close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders across development, infrastructure, security, and operations. You will act as both facilitator and Agile coach, ensuring teams remain aligned, efficient, and continuously improving. This is a high-impact position where strong delivery leadership directly supports critical public sector outcomes.
