About The Team
You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
核心职责：
- 组织并执行路演、培训和演示，提高销售效果；
- 理解客户需求，与团队合作为客户制定全面保障方案，协助沟通客户
- 协助合作伙伴业务发展，推动业务增长；
- 负责保险营销推动，制定并落实营销策略以提升保险销售量。
岗位要求：
- 对保险市场有深入理解和实战经验；
- 熟悉保险产品，拥有丰富的高净值客户沟通经验；
- 有5年以上保险高客沟通、保险专业培训经验；
