We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Global Sourcing team, where you’ll play a key role in driving supplier innovation and improving procurement processes across the business.

In this role, you will support procurement operations through accurate and timely processing of purchase requisitions and orders, routine supplier master data maintenance, and administration of purchasing card requests. 

You will support and enable team leaders to deliver performance targets using data-driven insights to enhance sourcing outcomes and operational efficiency, while working closely with regional and global stakeholders to contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure high standards of delivery across procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end processing of complex and high value purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs), including advanced PO administration in accordance with standard operating procedures. 
  • Act as a primary contact for internal users and stakeholders on purchase requisition and PO queries.
  • Liaise with support teams to resolve escalated discrepancies. 
  • Deliver or co-facilitate training sessions for team members and end users. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process changes and system updates. 
  • Gather and share feedback on system/process pain points and recommend solutions for improvement. 
  • Proactively identify recurring issues, process bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
  • Data Driven Decision Support & Risk Management 
  • Lead data collection and analysis for operational projects. 
  • Investigate data discrepancies, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to independently manage supplier master data focusing on data integrity and compliance. 
  • Contribution to cost savings and value delivery
  • French language is preferred
