Position Highlights- Full-time, employed Urology position with an established, physician-driven medical group
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM; shared weekend call
- ER call coverage required — minimum 7 days/month
- Practice split: 60% outpatient clinic / 40% OR
- Clinical volume: 24 patients/day in clinic; 15–20 surgical cases/week
- Advanced surgical technology on-site, including DaVinci Xi and Aquablation
- Dedicated MAs and clinical support staff
- Team structure: 2 full-time urologists, 1 PA, 1 RN
- Practice site: St. Mary's Hospital, Tucson — a DNV-certified Primary Plus Stroke Center with comprehensive bariatric and cardiac capabilities
