The Lead – CAPEX Planning & MIS will play a critical role within the Hospitality Asset Management & Business Development function. The role focuses on driving capital expenditure planning, monitoring financial performance, preparing management information systems (MIS), and supporting strategic decision-making across owned hospitality assets. The role ensures financial discipline, operational efficiency, and alignment with the Group’s long-term strategic objectives while maximizing asset value
