Job Description
The Housing Works Inc. Reentry Services Program is a collaboration between Housing Works Inc. and The Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) to provide comprehensive, holistic reentry services to individuals with criminal justice involvement reintegrating into the five borough communities. Reporting to the Community Program Manager, the Reentry Case Manager will be responsible for providing community-based case management services to client who meet the program eligibility criteria.
