
Manager, Enterprise Partnerships & Operations
Job Description
As Manager, Enterprise Partnerships & Operations, you will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Partnerships & Operations, driving cross-functional alignment around strategy and operations for enterprise partnerships, including management of external relationships and corporate partners.
As NBCUniversal’s media business shifts towards streaming and greater technology enablement, the opportunity to grow strategic and commercial partnerships with large-cap technology and consumer-oriented companies is accelerating. Today, business unit-level partnerships and relationships constitute the primary focus, which will be complemented through this role that works across NBCU’s Ad Sales division and the broader company to grow key partnerships and drive revenue.
You will represent the priorities of the Global Advertising & Partnerships strategy and roadmap, and work closely with key stakeholders across NBCU and Comcast.
Responsibilities:
- Support key enterprise partnerships with both established and top potential partners with a strong focus on commercial growth (both revenue and costs) and internal stakeholder alignment
- Organize the planning, agenda setting and next steps for regularly occurring, cross-functional, enterprise focused meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations, ensure seamless execution of priority initiatives, & execute plans needed to drive rapid revenue growth
- Support the management of Media Group Initiatives through opportunity analyses and executive communication development
- Cultivate strong relationships within and outside of the organization to identify and inform partnership and growth strategy initiatives
- Work with corporate development and finance teams to deliver financial and deal insights on complex, cross-company partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and building consensus
- Work closely with operators across wider Enterprise, Marketing and Communication organization on vendor identification and usage for workflow automation, pipeline management and revenue tracking
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in media, professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking, etc.), or business development/strategic partnerships.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides.
- Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently.
Desired Characteristics:
- Demonstrable business acumen with legacy media talent and executives, with a foundational understanding of the advertising sales marketplace
- Proven communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts, defining value propositions and championing the voice of sales
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 + bonus eligible
