Assistant Manager – Organization Design & Workforce Planning
The Assistant Manager will support and lead defined workstreams across Organization Design and Workforce Planning engagements within the People & Change capability. Working under the guidance of the Manager/Engagement Lead, the role is responsible for delivering high-quality analysis and client-ready outputs, coordinating day-to-day activities for assigned workstreams, and supporting project governance. The Assistant Manager will contribute to proposal development and practice initiatives, and coach junior team members.
