
Learning and Development Specialist
Job Description
Responsible for the program management and facilitation of trade and technical training initiatives, as well as the coordination and delivery of the organization’s internship programming. This role ensures that field employees, trade professionals, and early-career talent have access to high-quality, relevant learning experiences that support skill development, compliance, and long-term workforce growth. The Specialist works closely with subject matter experts, operations leaders, and the broader L&D team to coordinate and deliver programming that reflects the practical realities of trade work and office work, and the development needs of emerging professionals.
