About the Role and Team
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Revenue & Operations team in Istanbul. In this role, you will report to the Director, Customer Success, MEA and be responsible for fostering customer success by understanding clients' business needs and demonstrating how Adform's innovative products can help them achieve their goals.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with account management and seek guidance from senior colleagues to drive customer success while proactively building expertise in the Adform platform and products. Your ability to deliver exceptional onboarding, proactive support, and strategic consultations will strengthen customer relationships.

Assist clients in learning how to best utilize Adform products in collaboration with account management to help reach client goals.
Drive Adform's commercial success by retaining and growing customer relationships and increasing relevant product adoption.
Be a technical advisor towards the customer, consult on best practice solutions to meet their goals & objectives with account Management.
Manage new client onboarding and new product rollout for existing clients, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and technical specifications.
Represent the client needs towards Adform product teams.
Proactively educate customers, ensuring optimum platform knowledge and usage on the local market.

Good presentation abilities when facilitating meetings.
Good understanding of digital marketing, programmatic media-buying and associated tooling and understanding local competitive landscape.
Good communication skills in native language and English with a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to present solutions and translate technical details to non-technical audiences.
Eagerness to gain broad knowledge of Adform products and understand how they help customers achieve their business goals.
A proactive, flexible approach, an open mindset, and a willingness to actively engage in and encourage collaboration across different teams at Adform.
