Senior Test Engineer

Elgin Sweeper is seeking a Senior Test Engineer who will serve as the technical authority for product validation, reliability testing, and verification strategy across complex products and systems. This role leads the development of advanced test methodologies, oversee execution of critical test programs, and ensures that products meet design intent, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The Senior Test Engineer guides cross functional teams, mentors junior engineers, and drives continuous improvement in test capabilities, instrumentation, and laboratory processes.
