- Mentor outside sales teams through the entire sales cycle, enhancing skills in strategic selling, time management, and performance metric tracking.
- Coach field sales representatives on product expertise, KPI attainment, and effective territory management.

- 1-2 years in new business acquisition role.
- 2+ years leading and developing an outside sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited University.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
