Commercial Manager in Training

The Commercial Manager in Training (CMIT) reports to a Commercial Leader, which may vary depending on line of business and/or territory. This developmental role is designed to build the knowledge, judgment, and field capability required to succeed in Radius Recycling’s organization within the metals recycling industry. Through structured training, field exposure, and cross-functional learning, the CMIT develops an understanding of ferrous and nonferrous scrap procurement, commodity grading, pricing strategy, margin management, logistics, supplier development, and operational execution. This role is intended to create a strong pipeline of future commercial talent by preparing the incumbent for broader account responsibility and commercial leadership opportunities.
