ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - New Jersey
Location: Lacey Township, New Jersey (home and daycare based setting)
Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to an 3yo child in Lacey Township, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Schedule:
Option 1: 8:00 am to 10:00 am (Daycare center)
Option 2: 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm (home based setting)
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Assistance with school homework
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
- Collect data and document session progress
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to pass required background screenings
