Coating Masker 1st shift

Include all important aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.   Masker Duties:   Dry honing components Blowing out internal cavities of parts with air Stripping old coating off parts in nitric acid Clean tanks and screen per Chromalloy specifications Masking part surfaces using tape, wax, etc Operate plating tanks and XRF machine Follow and utilize Lean Manufacturing principles Must accurately maintain/document log books Correctly document travelers after operations have been performed Maintain, implement and improve 5-S Principles Sustain production standards and quality Perform general departmental housekeeping Regular attendance and punctuality is required Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards Ensures compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements Adheres to all Company safety standards and requirements Perform other duties as assigned     Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily  List the requirements below that are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully accomplish the essential duties of the job.
