CH&E Specialist (Integration & Implementation Specialist) - Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario

The YWHO Provincial Office (PO) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, permanent CH&E Specialist (Integration and Implementation Specialist, PreVenture). The Integration and Implementation Specialist will play a key role in supporting an Integrated Youth Services (IYS) delivery model within local YWHO networks and community partners, including the implementation of the PreVenture program.
