Front End Supervisor

The Front End Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front End Manager with the day-to-day leadership of front-end operations within the food store, ensuring a positive customer experience, accurate cash handling, and efficient workflow. This position supervises front-end team members, supports training and scheduling, responds to customer concerns, and helps maintain compliance with Co-op policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. The Front End Supervisor contributes to store performance by promoting service excellence, maintaining front-end presentation and cleanliness, supporting asset protection practices, and coordinating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members and customers.
