WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Shape Our Strategy: You define and implement seasonal and long-term omnichannel buying strategies for our Light Woven category. Create Inspiring Assortments: You develop assortment strategies that perfectly balance consumer demand, market trends, brand identity, and financial goals. Collaborate with Design: You work closely with Design, discover product opportunities and actively shape development. Drive Vendor Success: You lead supplier negotiations to secure the best costs, margins, quality, and delivery terms. Optimize Performance: You analyze sales performance and market trends, adjust buying decisions in real time, and optimize inventory and product lifecycles. Mentor Grow: You support junior buyers, share your expertise and help them grow professionally and personally. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your Educational Background: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Your Strengths: You are strategic, business-minded, and passionate about fashion. You love understanding consumer needs, spotting opportunities, and making data-driven decisions. Your Profile: You bring 6–8 years of experience in buying, ideally in Light Woven or Fast Fashion. You are a skilled negotiator, highly organized, an excellent communicator in Spanish and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
