Job Description

 

Responsible for the day-to-day repair and maintenance of Surveillance equipment under the direction of the Lead CCTV Technician.

$33.6000 Per hour

 


 

 

 

• Responsible for the testing, alignment, repair and proper operation closed circuit televisions, cameras and related equipment, including but not limited to video tape recorders, digital disc recorders, monitors etc.
• Keeps Lead informed and maintains inventory of parts, materials and tools.
• Subject to the direction and control of the Director Surveillance and CCTV Lead Technician during the performance of duties relating to CCTV systems.
• Complies with all applicable regulatory codes and inspections. 
• Ensures all applicable regulatory requirements are met.
• May perform other duties as assigned. 
 

High School Diploma or equivalency certificate. Minimum of two years’ experience in CCTV Technical field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary 
• Required to understand basic IT hardware (CPU, RAM, hard drive), and software functions such as operating systems and applications.
• Ability to climb a ladder, operate a lift, have no fear of heights.

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline drive, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
