Role Description
Arcadis is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects and programs to agreed objectives, budgets and timelines. Reporting to a Project Manager, the role helps ensure compliance with budgetary, regulatory and planning controls, and supports timely and accurate data collection, basic analysis and regular reporting. The Junior Project Coordinator will apply practical knowledge of project administration, interpret and communicate project support policies and systems, monitor key project indicators, and escalate issues to senior staff. The role focuses on coordination, documentation and assisting project teams to deliver work that meets quality, time and cost expectations.
Mobility

Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring today’s mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world’s growing population. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.
Role accountabilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and plans.
- Support project documentation and record-keeping activities.
- Track and update project budgets, highlighting variances to the Project Manager.
- Collect and prepare project data for routine analysis and reporting.
- Identify and escalate project risks or issues to senior managers.
- Communicate project processes and expectations to team members and contractors.
- Participate in process improvement by gathering feedback and documenting workflows.
- Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics, raising concerns as needed.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships within project teams and with external stakeholders.
- Basic commercial awareness and strong organizational skills.
- Some relevant business experience, internships, or placements preferred.
