Job Description
The Technical Account Manager provides a point of ownership for technical aspects of the client's service, once engaged. You'll provide the technical knowledge and insight to resolve performance and capacity issues as well as working with the client to create a roadmap to ensure the client is gaining value from the solutions provided
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing and owning customers technical roadmap and how it aligns to customer goals
- Exploring opportunities for innovation and optimisation within existing customer contracts
