Do you have experience in searching and recruiting best-in-class candidates in the FinTech Industry? Are you customer focused, passionate about candidate experience and skilled at exploring different sources to connect with people? Then our Global Talent Acquisition team wants to hear from you!
We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department as Talent Sourcer for the next 6 months to play a vital role in identifying and attracting the best talents for specific open positions across business and corporate units and on various levels.

What You Will Do
- steer the active sourcing strategy to identify and hire the right candidates confident in proactively approaching prospect candidates
- act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end to end
- manage relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other HR specialists
- contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or Employer Branding projects/events
What You Bring
- ideally between 6 months to 1 year of active sourcing experience
- good understanding of end-to-end hiring process, preferably in-house recruiting
- excellent communication skills with knowledge of how to attract and engage candidates, especially passive
- multitasking and well-organized way of working as well as ability to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- fluency in English. German is a plus
