Senior Systems Escalation Engineer

ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Escalation Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Server technologies including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Distributed File System (DFS), and Print Servers. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, VMware and SharePoint is essential. Basic PowerShell scripting and familiarity with SQL, MySQL, and Linux will be considered a strong advantage.
