Credentialing Manager - Primary Care

Overview 

We’re hiring a Credentialing Manager to lead provider credentialing and payer enrollment for Total Primary Care. This role is critical to ensuring providers are credentialed, approved, and billing on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing + recredentialing for MDs, NPs, PAs
• Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments
• Maintain CAQH and other payer portals
• Track timelines to ensure providers are billing-ready
• Communicate with providers and team members to gather required documents and explain credentialing steps and guidelines
• Complete and submit payer enrollment and revalidation applications, track status and follow until approval

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of credentialing experience (primary care preferred)
• Strong knowledge of payer enrollment processes
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines
