- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in Luxury hotel and resort sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a luxury hospitality environment.
Sales & Commercial Expertise
- Strong knowledge of luxury hotel market segments, including leisure, corporate, MICE, high-end travel agencies, and consortia (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and pricing strategies.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, account management, and pipeline development.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, revenue, and operations teams.
Personal Attributes
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong sense of luxury service standards and brand representation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Languages & Systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as business demands.
