Job Description

Efficiently manages company documentation, supplies, and inventories while overseeing office cleanliness, canteen hygiene, and reception services. Skilled in coordinating meetings, events, and daily operations support, including cash handling, to ensure smooth business functions and compliance with standards.

•       Act as the focal point to receive, manage, and distribute company documents.

  • Supervise and monitor maid performance, including office and yard cleaning. Ensure continuous improvement in cleaning standards.

  • Monitor canteen food vendors to ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

  • Manage household supplies and stationery inventory.

  • Oversee the company’s inventory of essential medicines.

  • Provide reception services for visitors and guests.

  • Prepare meeting rooms, food, and beverages for business functions.

  • Coordinate facilities and arrangements for company events (e.g., New Year merit-making, Songkran ceremony).

  • Provide operational and functional support both internally and externally.

  • Manage cash boxes to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
