
Reactor Services Platform Lead
Job Description
At Westinghouse Field Services, we are looking for a Reactor Services Platform Lead to drive resource planning, operational execution, and strategic growth within a highly demanding technical environment in the nuclear sector.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring successful service delivery across nuclear power plants, optimizing resources, leading teams, and aligning operational performance with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement resource planning strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Anticipate workforce needs, considering factors such as rotation, skill gaps, and long-term demand.
- Provide direction on recruitment strategy based on required technical profiles and project needs.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet client and project requirements.
- Oversee holiday planning to ensure no disruption to operations or client commitments.
- Manage and resolve conflicts related to competing priorities or resource constraints.
- Ensure completion of required training programs across the assigned team.
- Guarantee compliance with quality standards and group requirements.
- Ensure timely approval of timesheets and compliance with regulated working hours.
- Lead and manage supervisors and technical teams within the platform.
- Act as a point of contact with vocational schools, job fairs, and external institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic and industry stakeholders, representing Westinghouse in events and initiatives.
- Co-lead the external engagement strategy alongside other Platform Leads.
- Optimize resource utilization to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the nuclear sector.
- Experience in Reactor Services activities.
- Experience in resource planning and operational management.
- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and supervisors.
- Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- French is a plus.
