Talent Attraction Specialist (Hybrid)

We are seeking a full-time Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from our Collaboration Centres in Langley, Kelowna, Penticton, Duncan, or Victoria. The Talent Attraction Specialist acts as a brand ambassador and talent scout, attracting and recruiting top talent to meet current and future hiring needs. This role leads and executes the full-cycle recruitment process, from developing recruiting plans and creative sourcing strategies through to onboarding successful candidates. The Specialist may also participate in and lead talent acquisition projects and initiatives, while building strong relationships to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
