Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview: As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for four key functions; inbound sales calls, ensuring proper match of the products customers are buying, building sound customer relationships, and sales follow-up calls. If you have a drive and passion for sales, we have an opportunity for you!    Location/Hours: The Inside Sales Rep works onsite at our Jasper, IN or Peachtree City, GA facility.  Training will be at our Jasper facility for 4-6 weeks from 8:30AM to 5:15PM Eastern.  After training, you will start in a shift from 9:15AM-6:00PM Eastern, Monday-Friday.  You will also be assigned periodic Saturday shifts from 8:00AM-12:00PM EST (approximately every 10-12 weeks) and one late shift day per week, 10:30AM-7:15PM or 11:15AM-8:00PM Eastern.    What we offer: Guaranteed pay during initial training period based upon experience After training period, earn commission (total gross potential once on commission = $45-60k+/year) Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance after 30 days PTO + 10 paid holidays after 30 days Two retirement plans (401k & ESOP) Onsite Fitness Center & Health Clinic On the job training And, so much more!   What you’ll do and learn will include, but is not limited to: Complete our product and sales training program Build & maintain relationships with customers Handle inbound sales calls, identify customer needs, and convert inquiries into successful sales Make proper match of products to customer needs and provide accurate verbal & written quotes Make follow-up calls to customers Troubleshoot customer concerns Maintain proper business etiquette   What it takes: Sales experience preferred Driven and capable to operate in a high-energy, fast-pace environment Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required Specialization in car restoration and performance products preferred but not required Ability to learn and utilize multiple computer programs   Click here to learn more about JASPER: https://youtu.be/0dK_Yv2KmkE     Own your future at JASPER!An Equal Opportunity & Affirmative Action Employer #INDCP
