St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring an Invoicing Specialist for the Hospice unit located at the Edgewood, Kentucky location.

Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week.
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, working Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday.

To process invoices which records expenses into the general ledger and execute payment to the vendor. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.

Qualifications

Education, Credentials, Licenses:

·         High school graduate

Specialized Knowledge: 

·         Experience with web-based AP or Financials system; ability to work with mathematical calculations such as percentage allocations; Microsoft Excel skills, EPIC, Patient Billing.

Kind and Length of Experience: 

·         3 years direct Accounts Payable or 5 years related

Non-Exempt
