Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking an Insurance Solutions Manager to support and grow strategic client partnerships across the Vave product suite. This role serves as a bridge between insurance, underwriting, technology, and client-facing teams, helping partners maximize the value of Vave's underwriting and API solutions while supporting long-term growth and adoption.
The Insurance Solutions Manager will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand product functionality, troubleshoot issues, identify growth opportunities, and navigate technical integrations. Working closely with underwriting, analytics, product, and technology teams, this individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping shape future product enhancements.
This position is ideal for someone with an insurance background who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, learning new technology, and collaborating across multiple business functions. Technical skills are beneficial, but candidates with strong insurance knowledge and an interest in technology are encouraged to apply.
This is a remote position. Candidates should be comfortable working Central or Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact between Vave product partners and internal underwriting, analytics, product, and technology teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting ongoing product adoption and growth
- Support successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing management of Vave products and partnerships
- Communicate client feedback, product insights, and enhancement opportunities to internal stakeholders
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to client growth, product utilization, and operational performance
- Become a subject matter expert in Vave underwriting products, platform capabilities, and partner integrations
- Support client troubleshooting activities and coordinate issue resolution across internal teams
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and development teams to improve functionality and enhance the client experience
- Share underwriting insights, portfolio performance trends, and product updates with clients when appropriate
- Facilitate client training and support across multiple time zones
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and client initiatives simultaneously
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience required
- Underwriting, wholesale brokerage, MGA, carrier, insurtech, or related insurance experience highly beneficial
- Ability to build relationships and serve as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, or client relationships simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Interest in learning new technologies and understanding how technology solutions support insurance operations
- Ability to collaborate effectively across underwriting, product, analytics, and technology teams
- US Property insurance experience highly beneficial
- Experience with SQL, APIs, data analysis tools, or technical platforms beneficial
- Experience supporting insurance technology, underwriting platforms, or digital insurance solutions beneficial
Education and Licenses
- Bachelor's degree beneficial
- Insurance designations, technical certifications, or additional industry training beneficial

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
