Job Description
Essential Functions
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, and storage areas
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion control
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory
- Responsible to prepare family meal on a daily basis
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a team environment
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Food handlers certification required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
