Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading a small team to develop project cost estimates and proposals for Construction, EPC and Bid build projects and present them to operational management. This will require a thorough knowledge of the scope of work being performed including various phases and multiple trades, the ability to do quantity take-offs from the available documents and provide guidance to enter those into a standardized database. The proposals and estimates will need to be organized and presented to meet the Company’s and clients’ structure(s).
