Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors ECP Support Consultant with deep knowledge of country-specific payroll for South Africa, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Australia, and the UK9’Good to have USA Payroll). The consultant will provide L2/L3 support, issue resolution, and enhancement services across the ECP landscape. This includes ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and resolving day-to-day payroll-related queries.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for the following countries:
    • South Africa
    • Saudi Arabia (KSA)
    • Australia
    • United Kingdom (UK)
  • Analyze and resolve payroll issues, including retro-calculations, pay results, off-cycle payments, and statutory updates.
  • Work on incident tickets, change requests, and minor enhancements.
  • Ensure local payroll compliance and coordinate with country-specific payroll teams or vendors.
  • Support replication issues between Employee Central (EC) and ECP via BIB (Business Integration Builder).
  • Debug payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage type configuration for the supported geographies.
  • Liaise with time, benefits, and finance teams to troubleshoot integration points.
  • Assist with RBP reviews, audit logs, and role access issues.
  • Participate in monthly payroll runs, parallel runs, and reconciliation activities.
  • Support year-end activities like payslips, tax forms, and audit reports for each country.
  • Document solutions, maintain support logs, and assist in KT (Knowledge Transfer) as needed.

Key Skills

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience, with minimum 3–5 years in ECP support.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory payroll requirements and country-specific schemas for South Africa, KSA, Australia, and UK.
  • Hands-on experience in resolving:
    • Payroll run errors
    • Posting and bank file issues
    • Replication and master data mismatches
  • Expertise in Employee Central to ECP with Certification
  • replication via BIB.
  • Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and payroll access control.
  • Good communication and client-facing experience in a global delivery model.
