HUGO BOSS is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join the team at Shopping Center Colombo.
- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Profile: senior, with more than 4 years of retail experience.
- Contract: permanent (indefinite).
What you can expect:
- Provide excellent levels of customer service, surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets, as well as KPI indicators.
- Identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS products.
- Ensure all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
- Optimise product knowledge by recommending items and drawing customers’ attention to products in order to maximise sales opportunities.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment.
- Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
- Always presents a professional image.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Maintains professionalism under all circumstances.
- Fluent in English.
Your benefits:
Financial Conditions & Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,300 depending on experience
- Individual Commissions: 1% on individual net sales
- +1% extra on net sales for transactions above €1,000
- +0.5% extra on net sales exceeding the proposed monthly target
- Individual Monthly Bonuses: Based on KPIs such as UPT, NSPT, and sales
Bonuses & Additional Incentives:
- Various challenges with +2% extra commission on sales
- Semi-annual: Bonus up to €900, based on individual performance and targets achieved
- Annual: Up to €5,000 depending on sales and the store’s “pool”
