Product Manager

Key Areas of Responsibility

Key roles requirement:

• 5-10 years of Product Management experience
• Ensure profitable strategic investments by focusing on the most valuable opportunities
• Build strategic product roadmap and plan based on market potential
• Balance team capacity against demand
• Leverages market research, customer / user needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (e.g., target customers, markets, channels, value proposition)
• Ensure necessary governance across entire product lifecycle
• Own and define healthy product backlog for team

Key Practitioner skills:

• Product strategy & roadmap
• Prioritization and release planning
• Discovery , design thinking & requirement specification (Features, Stories)
• Go-to-market strategy
• Advance understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum / SAFe)- PI/Sprint planning & execution
• Stakeholder management & cross-functional team collaboration
• Product analytics and performance measurement 
• Ability to use AI as a force multiplier for product discovery, planning, and delivery

Fundamental skills & traits:

• Consumer / Business / Wealth / Corporate banking domain knowledge
• Understanding of technical aspects including API & Integration, Microservices & Event-driven architecture
